This four-bed family residence on the remote Hebridean isle of North Uist is designed in harmony with its dramatic landscape. Interiors frame sweeping coastal views, using natural materials, tactile textures, and crafted details to create a calm, contemporary retreat deeply connected to its surroundings.

Set in the heart of Cornwall, this modern barn was designed as a serene family retreat - a space that balances beauty, functionality, and sustainability. Surrounded by wild countryside, it offers a quiet kind of luxury, grounded in nature, simplicity, and connection to place.
Following on from the Cornwall Barn, a much-loved family home, Middle Barn is the next chapter in its evolution. Phase Two introduces a multifunctional building shaped for movement, creativity and focused work: three essential pillars of a holistic lifestyle. Guided by a salutogenic design ethos, the new spaces prioritise calm, connection to nature, and an environment that actively supports wellbeing.
Battersea Power Station stands as a symbol of London’s rich industrial heritage, a landmark steeped in history and character. In designing this exclusive apartment, we sought to honour this legacy while infusing the space with our signature quiet luxury aesthetic, creating a calming energy that invites residents to reconnect and unwind.
This upside-down Koto home in the Cotswolds was created to maximise the views of the surrounding nature from the living spaces, creating the feeling of living within the trees whilst the lower floor was designed to accommodate more intimate and cosy spaces. The timeless and distinctive aesthetic of minimalist ‘quiet luxury’ that Koto Living embodies is accentuated in the interiors.
