Koto’s architect-designed prefabricated eco homes are built off-site, using locally sourced and sustainable materials.

Adopting a timber off-site construction method ensures Koto homes have each been designed responsibly and conscious of limiting any negative impact on the environment. This also allows for exceptional levels of insulation and airtightness in our cost-effective and low-energy homes. Services are tested at the factory prior to the units being dispatched, giving our clients complete reassurance when their Koto building arrives on-site, making them the ideal modular home.
