| Where design meets nature.

Home to a two-mile-long lake, set amidst forests and fields, surrounded by beautiful wildlife. Fritton Lake is now offering Scandinavian-inspired, design-led cabin retreats that blend seamlessly into the environment, created by Koto. From the moment you arrive at Fritton, you can expect to fully disconnect from the rigours of hectic urban life and reconnect with nature and each other. This is a place to slow down, to make memories, taking time to appreciate simplicity, reconnecting with nature & each other.

| Ki - Lakeside Cabins. (Japanese for Tree)

Ki has been sensitively designed with one open facade, framing stunning views overlooking the lake. Arguably the most impressive area of the cabin is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Light filled areas exude calm and serenity allowing natures scenery to take centre stage, sociable and inspiring spaces Bespoke cabinetry and wardrobes offer an excellent provision for storage throughout. The space has been thoughtfully designed to enjoy the sanctuary of Fritton Lake, celebrate the simple pleasures of life, relaxing on a sun soaked deck with a book or enjoying the view through the expansive openings. Both versions, two or three bed offer spacious living accommodation and each bedroom comfortably fits a king size bed. The two bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom both have the option to facilitate a large free-standing bath or shower/wet room.

“We build with the principle that beautiful buildings can correspond with our natural environment. Fritton Lake is ideal, not only for its two mile lake in a woodland setting but its pioneering 1000 acre eco-restoration project which by allowing its land to self-manage, is working towards a positive life-changing impact on our environment.”

Johnathon Little - Founding Partner at Koto.

| Miru - Meadow Cabins. (Japanese for View)

The structure of the cabin assumes an elegant and functional sculptural form with large glazing that frames views of the forests and wild meadows. This is a cabin that can adapt with ease to the change of the seasons; in summer months the windows and doors open out and daily life spills out into the surrounding nature, In colder months, due to the exceptional eco efficiency of the building, simply hunker down and get cosy. Both versions, two or three bed offer spacious living accommodation and each bedroom comfortably fits a king size bed. The two bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom both have the option to facilitate a large free-standing bath or shower/wet room.

Each cabin comes delivered with a Koto curated interior package bespoke to the clients needs. Our approach remains holistic, we understand the delivery of a beautiful space extends beyond its four walls. Koto believes each and every element of the building from its architectural expression, down to the texture and light of the interiors, creates an embodiment of what we like to call, quiet luxury.
