KOTO [KO-TO] The traditional Finnish word for ‘cosy at home’.

As designers who work with clients it’s an absolute joy when you are asked to take on a project that holds instant synergy, aesthetically but also a shared core philosophy.

We’re thrilled to be working with the lovely people who have created Breac.House. A stunning modern retreat designed with nature at it’s very essence.

Located on the dramatic headland called Horn Head, Breac.House is the perfect place to leave the world behind. Designed to be part of the landscape both inside and out, you are invited to rejuvenate in luxury in this stunning part of the world.

The house is both striking and sensitive to the landscape. Surrounded by sea, forests, mountains, lakes and glorious Donegal air, this gem of a place has it all.

The pace of life here is slower and the focus is outwards towards nature, it’s certainly our type of place. Watch this space for our upcoming KOTO X BREAC.HOUSE project.
